The Dauphin County Industrial Development was organized in 1967 as the finance arm of the DCDCED. The DCIDA’s work includes tax-exempt and taxable bonds as well as mortgage financing for manufacturing companies and non-profit organizations establishing corporate headquarters in Dauphin County. The DCIDA participates in millions of dollars in new construction and rehabilitation each year through recruitment and expansion projects.

** NOTICE is hereby given that the Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority (“The Authority”) will conduct a special meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 12:00 PM. The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss the sale of the Solar Farm. This meeting will be held at the office of the Dauphin County Department of Community & Economic Development, 3211 N.
